The questions we get most often

How quickly will I get a reply?

By email within one working day. If you call, you'll usually get someone on the line right away. If not, we'll call you back.

I don't know which size I need.

Measure the outside of your bed, including the frame or box spring bed, and call us at 085-4015482. We will double-check it together. If you do get it wrong, you can exchange it free of charge within 60 days.

Where is my order?

You'll receive a track and trace link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived after three working days, email info@dreamdesk.nl with your order number.

A part is missing or something is damaged.

Send a few photos and your order number to info@dreamdesk.nl. We'll send you the missing part or arrange a replacement product.

How do I register a return?

You can do that on the returns page. That is also where you'll find the button for withdrawal from the agreement.
